When you use our Platform, we expect you to follow certain norms.
a. Tag It Right
All posts should be tagged with the most appropriate tag. If such a tag doesn’t exist, then please create one accordingly. Any content posted with an irrelevant or inapplicable tag, if reported, will be removed from the feed.
b. Stay on Topic
Aapasmein is a very active platform. Make sure that any content that you post, and any exchange you participate in, relates to the caption and tags of the post. Content that does not relate to the caption or tags, or is unreasonable for a particular post, will be removed.
c. Multiple/Fake Profiles
Creating a fake profile of an individual or organisation [including a government official or organization] and impersonating someone in a misleading or deceiving manner, with or without the intention of harassing or bullying them, is prohibited.
d. Safety and Security
Harassing someone or using abusive language in the posts or comments while addressing another user is prohibited. Do not do anything which may make other users feel uncomfortable. Action will be taken against you if you try to create hostile situations for other users.
e. Beware of Legal Consequences
Ignorance of law is not an excuse to escape liability for your actions. In order to use our Platform, you will need to comply with laws and regulations that govern conduct in the digital environment. Kindly respect all applicable laws while using our Platform. Any content featuring, encouraging, offering, promoting, glorifying or soliciting illegal activities will not be tolerated.
f. Enforcement Actions against Violators
We take prompt action against those who violate these Guidelines. Our decision to take action against any account is binding upon the user. If your profile is found to be violating these Guidelines, we may take appropriate actions and restrict your access to the profile. Any attempt to circumvent such enforcement actions by creating other accounts, identities, personalities or presence on another user's account will result in long-term access restrictions. In case of repeated violations, we may be compelled to take stricter actions and further restrict you from registering with us. We enforce strict measures against content that violates our Guidelines and remove such content from the Platform.
PLATFORM SECURITY
Reporting
When you see any content or activity that violates these Guidelines, please tap or click on the ‘Report’ option to report such content. We will review your report. If we find the content or activity to be in violation of these Guidelines, we will remove it and take appropriate action. There may be such content on the Platform which you do not like but the same does not violate these Guidelines. In that case, we request you to either unfollow or block such users
Intermediary status and review of content
We are an intermediary as per the applicable laws. We do not control what our users post, comment, share or say on the Platform and are not responsible for their (or your) actions (whether online or offline). We are not responsible for services and features offered by others even if you access them through our Services. Our responsibility and liability for anything that happens on our Platform is strictly governed and limited by the laws of India.
We expect you to be responsible for what you post and what you see. If any of our users report your content to be against these Guidelines, we may take actions as necessary.
At Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) we believe that a strong commitment and strategic approach to sustainable development is essential for managing the challenges and opportunities of a rapidly changing global environment.
In alignment with our ongoing sustainability efforts we have developed the user Code of Conduct ("the Code") to ensure that all of our user, business partners, User / Service Providers, and Service Providers (including their agents and subcontractors) meet
our basic expectations of doing business related to legal requirements, ethical practices, human rights, and environmental management. These standards are based on well-respected and recognized international standards.
Compliance with these standards is an expectation of doing business with Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”), as the Code defines the non-negotiable minimum standards that we ask our service providers and their sub-tier service providers or sub-contractors ("the Service Provider"), to respect and adhere to.
The standards of this Code are in addition to, and not in lieu of, the provisions of any legal agreement or contract between a user / service provider and Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”).
Business Integrity, Governance and Ethics:
- · Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) believes in honesty, integrity and fair dealing. As a company, Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) is subject to all relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws including Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988. Users / Service Providers should ensure that they comply with the relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws in both letter and in spirit.
- · Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) has a zero-tolerance policy with respect to any form of bribery and/or corruption. Bribery and corruption are against our values. Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) does not permit such actions, nor do we allow third parties acting on our behalf, such as agents, consultants, User / Service Providers and contractors to make any such payments. The User / Service Provider shall ensure the following:
- · Implement monitoring and enforcement procedures to ensure compliance with antibribery and corruption laws;
- · Raise invoices and claims in line with the agreed services and supplies, along with the supporting documents;
- · Perform all business dealings transparently and maintain accurate details of the same in business books and records;
- · Never offer, directly or indirectly, any form of gift, entertainment or anything of value to anyone on behalf of Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) including government officials, customers or their representatives to obtain or retain business; influence business decisions; and/or secure an unfair advantage;
- · Abstain from offering any bribe, kickbacks and/or facilitation payments.
- · User / Service Providers’ business activities shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the countries and jurisdictions in which they operate including but not limited to corporate governance, occupational health and safety, labor standards and environmental management.
- · Act in ethical, fair and professional manner in all engagements with Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) and its stakeholders, and report instances where these standards are breached \ or are likely breached.
Conflict of Interest:
User / Service Providers will disclose to Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) any situation that may appear to be a conflict of interest, and will immediately disclose any known family or other close personal relationships with our employees who have an influence over their engagements with us.
Human Rights:
Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) expects our User / Service Providers to conduct their activities in a manner that respects human rights;
Voluntary Labor
User / Service Provider employs all workers (this applies to all workers, including temporary, migrant, student, contract, direct employee, and any other type of worker) on a voluntary basis free from any threat of violence, threats of criminal penalty, and restrictions on freedom of movement. User / Service Provider shall not use any prison, slave, bonded, forced, indentured, or debt induced labour, or engage in any other forms of compulsory labour, or any other forms of slavery or human trafficking.
Minimum Age
Under no circumstances will User / Service Provider employ workers under the age of 18 or under the minimum age for work or mandatory schooling as specified by the local law, whichever is higher
Employment Practices
The User / Service Provider shall only employ workers who are legally authorized to work in their facilities and are responsible for validating workers’ eligibility to work through appropriate documentation. All work shall be voluntary, and workers shall be free to leave work or terminate their employment upon reasonable notice.
Health and Safety
The User / Service Provider shall strive to provide a safe, healthy and clean working environment for its employees.
Wages
User / Service Providers with regard to all the work performed for Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”), will pay legally-mandated wages and benefits, will comply with the law regarding wage deductions, and will provide workers with the basis on which workers are paid via pay stub or similar documentation.
Working Hours
For all work performed for Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) by the User / Service Provider, User / Service Provider shall ensure that its workers work in compliance with all applicable laws and mandatory industry standards pertaining to regular working hours, and overtime hours, including breaks, rest periods, holidays, and maternity and paternity leaves.
Non-Discrimination
User / Service Providers shall not discriminate in hiring or employment practices based on pregnancy, childbirth or related medical conditions, race, religious creed, colour, sex, gender, national origin or ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, sexual orientation, union membership or any other criteria protected under law. User / Service Provider shall uphold the dignity of its employees at all times and work towards establishing and reinforcing a positive work culture.
Environment
The User / Service Provider shall strive for environmental sustainability, particularly with regard to the consumption of water and energy, and the management of waste and hazardous materials and shall also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relating to environment protection.
Gifts and Hospitality
Business gifts and hospitality are sometimes used in the normal course of business activity. However, if offers of gifts or hospitality (including entertainment or travel) are frequent or of substantial value, they may create the perception of, or an actual conflict of interest or an 'illicit payment'. Therefore, gifts and hospitality given or received should be modest in value, appropriate, and compliant with the law and company policies. Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) employees will decline any offer of gift or hospitality that does not comply with the Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) gifts and hospitality policy.
Third party representation
The User / Service Provider shall not be authorized to represent Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) or Aapasmein brand, logo, mark without the written permission of Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”). Authorized representatives of User / Service Provider are expected to abide by the Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) Code of Conduct in their interaction with, and on behalf of Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”), including the confidentiality of information shared with them.
Protecting company assets
The assets of Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) shall not be misused; they shall be employed primarily and judiciously for the purpose of conducting the business for which they are duly authorized. These include tangible assets such as equipment and machinery, systems, facilities, materials and resources, as well as intangible assets such as proprietary information, intellectual property, and relationships with value-chain partners of Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”).
Intellectual Property
User / Service Providers will respect intellectual property rights, and will conduct technology and know-how transfers in a manner protecting intellectual property rights.
Confidential Information & Privacy
1. If the User / Service Provider becomes aware of material, non-public information, including but not limited to business strategies, trade secrets relating to Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) or its business, it shall not engage in any other action to take advantage of that information, including passing that information on to others. In addition, if the User / Service Provider becomes aware of material, non-public information about any other company, including Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) customers, User / Service Providers, vendors or other business partners, that is obtained by virtue of the User / Service Provider's interaction with Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”), then the User / Service Provider may not engage in any other action to take advantage of that information, including passing that information on to others.
2. User / Service Providers will protect the privacy of personal information of everyone with whom they do business, including User / Service Providers, customers, consumers, and workers.
Supply chain
The User / Service Provider is expected to implement its own binding code of conduct, and is expected to make reasonable efforts to promote the principles of this code in its own supply chain.
Reporting violations
The User / Service Provider shall notify Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) regarding any known or suspected improper behaviour by the Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) relating to its dealings with Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”), or any known or suspected improper behaviour by Yardantz Business Solutions LLP (“aapasmein”) employees by email to: grievance@aapasmein.com
Reported violations will be treated confidentially without retaliation.
